AI GTM Strategy
about.
The ProtoPie Studio AI Assistant Launch was a global GTM customer enablement initiative designed to onboard over 500 enterprise accounts, including Samsung, Amazon, and Microsoft, to prompt-based prototyping and moderated usability testing tools. Delivered on a three-month timeline, the project applied Learning Experience Design principles to build a comprehensive learning ecosystem across both external enterprise teams and internal client-facing roles.
challenge.
Launching the AI Assistant under a tight three-month timeline required overcoming both moving product targets and complex user mental models. With the underlying AI code and UI continuously shifting prior to code freeze, maintaining prompt accuracy was a constant hurdle. Enterprise designers also faced a steep workflow adjustment: understanding that the AI Assistant was designed to kickstart prototypes rather than deliver finished, fully functional files, requiring fine-tuning to complete. On the business side, failing to bridge this learning gap threatened low feature adoption and increased enterprise churn risk.
To manage these constraints and align internal stakeholders, the project relied on a centralized storyboard framework for cross-functional content and developed engineering-to-sales readiness reports to clearly map confirmed capabilities, upcoming features, and off-limit topics.
result.
The synchronized rollout of educational assets and ChurnZero telemetry successfully onboarded over 500 enterprise accounts to the AI Assistant, directly accelerating customer time-to-first-prototype by 25%. Real-time usage tracking confirmed strong feature activation and verified that enterprise design teams smoothly adopted the hybrid workflow, leveraging prompt engineering to kickstart builds before manually fine-tuning their projects.
Internally, the specialized prompting workshops and readiness reports transformed client-facing operations. Sales teams reported significantly smoother product demos and clearer management of enterprise customer expectations, eliminating friction around evolving feature scope across major accounts including Samsung, Amazon, and Microsoft.
